About Me
I have always gained a deep sense of satisfaction working with people. I set up my own consultancy business – ThePeopleStuff - 15 years ago. I became particularly interested in working with people on a one-to-one basis and after a few years, developed parallel careers in counselling, coaching and consultancy. I have also worked part-time as a High-Intensity NHS counsellor and have a breadth of experience gained from working with a wide range of clients with a variety of issues.
More recently, I have developed an interest in midlife and become a specialist in Midlife Transition Coaching and the Midlife Relationship. I am due to publish a book at the end of the year, The Midlife Journey: Finding Your Way Through Your Middle Years.
I was born in South London. I now live near Tayvallich, in North Knapdale, Argyll. My passions are walking, wildlife and cooking for friends.
