I offer both short and long-term counselling depending on your needs. Between one and six sessions can often make a huge difference to the way you feel. Or you may decide you would like longer-term counselling so you can explore things in more depth or work with complex problems or issues.
During the first session we will spend time looking at what you would like to gain from counselling and how we might work together. Because our relationship is so important to how effective any counselling will be, this initial session is very much an opportunity for us both to find out whether I am the right person to help you.
I offer daytime and evening appointments. I am happy to work weekly or fortnightly and often less frequently when the initial sessions have been completed.
